U.S. Deputy Secretary of Education Tony Miller will kick off the first in a series of Capitol Hill briefings during Black History Month on Wednesday, Feb. 13, in the Rayburn House Office Building. The series, “Helping the Poor and Maintaining the Middle Class,” focuses on a comprehensive approach to addressing the needs of the interdependent family unit.
