Greg Darnieder, special advisor to the Secretary on College Access, will give the keynote address at the annual conference of the Illinois Council of Community College Administrators (ICCCA) at 9 a.m. CST on Thursday, Nov. 14, in Springfield, Ill. Darnieder will discuss the Administration’s proposals to address college value and affordability, as well as the Department’s cradle to career initiatives and efforts to improve college completion, including “time to degree.”
The theme of this year’s ICCCA conference is “Together We Can Do So Much.” More than 200 Illinois educators will attend, including community college vice presidents and deans, career and technical administrators, and directors of financial aid from schools around the state.
