Bagpipes, Performance Poetry, and Color Guard to Open Art and Writing Exhibit of Military-Connected Students at Education Department Headquarters

The U.S. Department of Education will celebrate the opening of an art and writing exhibit of works by military-connected students, all winners from the worldwide Military Child Education Coalition (MCEC) competition, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday, April 3, at the Department’s headquarters in Washington, D.C.
