Executive Director of White House Hispanic Initiative to Speak at St. Thomas University's Commencement Ceremony

Juan Sepúlveda, executive director of the White House Initiative on Educational Excellence for Hispanics, will deliver the commencement address at the December graduation of St. Thomas University graduates. Under Secretary of Education to Honor Graduates at St. Philip's College Commencement

Under Secretary of Education Martha Kanter will deliver the commencement address during a ceremony at St. Philip’s College in San Antonio, Texas, on Friday, Dec. 10, at 7 p.m. Kanter will join the college’s president, Adena Williams Loston, and the Board of Trustees in conferring 975 associate degrees and certificates to graduating students.
