U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan will address U.S. Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand's first College Presidents Policy Summit featuring the presidents of colleges and universities from the state of New York. Summit topic: “Rebuilding a 21st Century Economy through Opportunity and Innovation.”
Secretary Duncan will discuss President Obama's cradle-to-career agenda to help reach the goal that America will lead the world in college completion by the end of the decade.
