U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan will deliver remarks Wednesday at the National Urban League’s Centennial Town Hall: the Past 100 Years of Black Education. The event will take place at the Washington Convention Center, 801 Mt. Vernon Place in Washington. Secretary Duncan will discuss education as a civil right.
