Lynnae Ruttledge, commissioner of the Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA), will give the keynote remarks at Maine's Statewide Training Conference on Tuesday, Nov. 16 in Augusta, Maine. Ruttledge will focus on issues impacting the public vocational rehabilitation programs, updates for the RSA, and upcoming legislation, such as the Workforce Investment Act and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
The theme to this year's conference is "Recognizing Our Milestones: You Can Get There From Here".
The RSA oversees grant programs that help people with physical or mental disabilities obtain employment and live more independently through such supports as counseling, job training and other related services.
