Rehabilitation Services Commissioner to Address Randolph-Sheppard Vendor Conference in Las Vegas

Lynnae Ruttledge, commissioner of the U.S. Department of Education's Rehabilitation Services Administration, will deliver the keynote address at the Randolph-Sheppard Vendors of America's 2011 Annual Sagebrush National Training Conference Tuesday in Las Vegas. More than 150 Randolph-Sheppard vendors and stakeholders are expected to attend. The Randolph-Sheppard Act's Vending Facility Program, established in 1936, ensures individuals who are blind a priority in the operation of vending facilities -- including cafeterias, snack bars, and automatic vending machines -- on federal property.
