U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan will hold a press conference call with reporters at 2 p.m. ET TODAY to preview President Obama’s speech on higher education and discuss the higher education agenda’s impact on the Hispanic community. Duncan will be joined on the call by the Director of the White House Initiative on Educational Excellence for Hispanics, Juan Sepulveda.
