Ivory Toldson, deputy director of the White House Initiative on Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), will moderate a panel at the annual convention of the National Council on Educating Black Children at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, April, 18, in New Orleans. A question and answer session will follow the panel discussion.
