U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan will make a major announcement at NBC's Education Nation Summit in New York City on Monday, Sept. 27, at 2 p.m. EDT. The one-hour event will feature a conversation with college students and will be moderated by Tom Brokaw. It will be carried live on MSNBC and streamed online at http://www.educationnation.com.
