Juan Sepulveda, executive director of the White House Initiative on Educational Excellence for Hispanic Americans, will discuss the Department’s education initiatives at a community forum on education and health care reform Saturday, July 10 in San Antonio, Texas. The forum is being sponsored by the Antioch Community Transformation Network. ACTN’s mission is to address the economic, social and recreational needs of San Antonio's east side residents, the majority of whom are low income minorities.
