U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan will deliver remarks at the National School Boards Association¹s (NSBA) Federal Relations Network Conference on Monday, Feb. 7, in Washington, D.C. Duncan will discuss the reauthorization of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act and the role of school boards in leading school reform.

The National School Boards Association's Federal Relations Network (FRN) consists of local school board members from every congressional district across the country. The FRN's mission is to promote grassroots advocacy for public education advocacy to better serve our nation¹s public schoolchildren.
