U.S. Assistant Secretary Eduardo Ochoa will participate in a panel discussion on the Migration Policy Institute’s new report: “Still an Hourglass: Immigrant Workers in Middle Skills Jobs,” at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 20, in Washington, D.C. Ochoa will reflect on the report’s findings and discuss Education Department initiatives and policies to advance education and workforce mobility of immigrants and English language learners.
