Assistant Secretary for Postsecondary Education Eduardo Ochoa will deliver the commencement address to the bachelor’s and master’s degree candidates from the College of Arts and Letters, the College of Business and Economics, and the College of Natural and Social Sciences at California State University, Los Angeles, on Saturday, June 16. He will highlight the Department’s efforts to reach President Obama’s goal of America becoming the first in the world in college completion by the year 2020, and further talk about the Administration’s initiatives to make college more affordable.
