Assistant Secretary for Elementary and Secondary Education Deb Delisle will participate in panel discussions on Thursday and Friday, April 24−25, at Harvard University Advanced Leadership Initiative’s 2014 Education Think Tank in Cambridge, Mass. The panels will focus on educational challenges in the 21st century and ensuring students have the necessary skills for 21st-century careers. Delisle will address the current state of education in the United States, the importance of education reform, and the Department’s efforts to help prepare students for college and careers in this global economy.
