I would like to pool all possible resources for Urban settings to attract and retain the high quality teachers that are so desperately needed in city schools. I am open to either participating myself in any agency funded projects or working with my peers in Urban Ed. to find a home for any agency projects. My focus is providing resources and experiences to those who are normally overlooked for such rewards and programs. I teach 2nd grade in the public schools and am involved in an Urban Teacher Education program associated with Hopkins and UMBC. Both settings would benefit from any assistance that could be provided.
