In fact, the highest percentage of casualities in manufacturing stems from workers who are limited in their English. I would like to develop a safety course/handbook for OSHA to help limited English Proficient workers improve their knowledge of safety and identify unsafe conditions in their workplaces. Also, the proper manner/place for reporting unsafe conditions.
