LINCS (Literacy Information and Communication System) is a professional learning community for adult educators that provides access to resources, professional development, and a connected network of practitioners.The LINCS initiative features on-demand, web-based professional development opportunities; targeted face-to-face training, high-quality resources; and an interactive online learning community.
PCRN (Perkins Collaborative Resource Network) is a resource and information-sharing portal for Federal, State, and local policymakers, practitioners, and stakeholders to join in the CTE conversation.
