U.S. Under Secretary of Education Martha Kanter will be the keynote speaker at the 40th Commencement of Rhodes State College in Lima, Ohio, on Thursday, June 10, at 7 p.m. Kanter will highlight some of Rhodes State's unique programs and discuss President Obama's challenge for America to once again lead the world in college graduates by the year 2020.
