U.S. Education Under Secretary to Address National Summit on Disability Policy

U.S. Under Secretary of Education Martha Kanter will address the National Council on Disability’s National Summit on Disability Policy 2010 at 3 p.m. Tuesday in Washington, D.C. Entitled, “Living, Learning, and Earning,” the summit brings together more than 500 disability rights advocates, federal agency leaders, academics, and parents of children with disabilities.
