    • Reasons are explored; strategies are cited
    • Best practices and experiences are shared
    • Action plans are developed
    • Timelines for assessment of action are set
  • After the meeting
    • Results are reported at next meeting in an ongoing cycle
    • Accountability and professional developmental support
