A Program Implementer Log can be used by educators to assess their delivery of your school's prevention program. It can be used as a self-assessment tool, to compare intended program implementation to actual program implementation. Check to see if your school's prevention program includes a similar monitoring tool. If you need to design your own, be sure to collaborate with your evaluator.
