Early Language skills will be measured using the Peabody Picture Vocabulary Test - III (PPVT-III); literacy skills will be measured using the PALS Pre-K, Upper Case Alphabet Knowledge subtask. FY 2004 target for literacy was to establish a baseline for the 2-year grantees. Since data was not collected, the FY 2005 target is to establish baseline for 2-year grantees. |
