Technology hurdles faced by special education
programs
Effective use of technology to
support student access to materials, literature
and themes in their grade levels is hampered by
lack of resources for purchase of both hardware
and software. In addition training and support for
the use of effective compensitory technology is
often not available. These fundamental issues must
be faced in a new educational tech
plan.
