general tech plan
Part of the tech plan
must be examples of best practices, especially on
TCO and staff develpment. Today''s classroom is
not limited to the phyical construction of the
building. The walls become invisible as the
technolgoies used bring new resources (including
people, video, and writings) to the students to
create the best learning enviroment possible. This
should not be called a technology plan it should
be a plan to improve learing enviroments for
students.
