Next Generation Learning: The Power of eLearning

Online, Web-base, or Internet Learning is and will always be a requirement in our K12 schools. If we as a society are to develop young, productive digital/global citizens, we must include eLearning curriculum opportunities that enrich the learning environment. Our K12 students today are armed with a myriad of telecommunication devices that allow them to access, store, and retrieve information on-demand to make real-time decisions that increases their position with a given task. This is a case of half-life information gone array. Any distance education program therefore must be assessed and evaluated. This means that new, multi-dimensional designs must be employed that include both qualitative and quantitative data sources.
