Technology and Quality Teachers
Because
technology is so important today, teachers most
definitely need training and access to technology
as it comes available. Just as technology is ever
changing, teachers must stay up-to-date too.
However, this is only possible if the technology
and training is available to the teachers.
Teachers shape the future of the world, although
many still have yet to understand that. If we as a
society wish to have a successful future, we need
to properly train our teachers on a continuous
basis, and then give them the tools to use to pass
their knowledge on to their students. Most text
books now have technology based programs attached
to them, but many teachers will not know how to
use them. It all comes down to FUNDING. Teachers
need
resources.
