Leaders must Lead!
The educational
leaders must set the example and lead their
teachers in embracing technology integration into
the business of education. All too often,
administrators will rely on old ways of doing
business, hand off tasks to the secretaries or
complain that they don't have the time to learn
technology. Leaders must through modeling and
learning more about technologies to enhance
professional productivity and instructional
learning environments. What would an
administrator's response be to a student that said
they do not have time to learn or will rely on
somebody else to do it for
them?
