The Teacher and Student Development Programs Service (TSDS) performs planning, policy development, and grant administration functions for the Teacher Quality Program, Graduate Fellowship Programs (Title VI, Part A of the Higher Education Act), the GEAR UP program, and Demonstration Projects to Ensure Students With Disabilities Receive a Quality Higher Education.
