Title III and Title V Programs - Request for FY 2003 Designation as an Eligible Institution

You must be designated an "eligible" institution before applying for funding under Title III Part A and Title V, which include these programs:
- Strengthening Institutions Program
- American Indian Tribally Controlled Colleges and Universities Program
- Alaska Native-Serving Institutions Program
- Native Hawaiian-Serving Institutions Program
- Developing Hispanic-Serving Institutions Program
The FY 2003 application package is available below (for reference only). Institutions may apply directly on line via the Web, however, the application package is also available in text formats for your information.
