Title III and Title V Programs - Request for FY 2003 Designation as an Eligible Institution

You must be designated an "eligible" institution before applying for funding under Title III Part A and Title V, which include these programs:
- Strengthening Institutions Program
- American Indian Tribally Controlled Colleges and Universities Program
- Alaska Native-Serving Institutions Program
- Native Hawaiian-Serving Institutions Program
- Developing Hispanic-Serving Institutions Program
NOTE: Institutions that apply for Title III Part A or Title V funding for FY 2003 must have applied for for eligibility by January 31, 2003. Institutions filing a waiver of cost sharing for Title IV and Title VI must have applied for eligibility by May 23, 2003.
