EDFacts
The EDFacts Business Rules Guide (BRG) provides a comprehensive list of the business rules that apply to each file submission. This guide helps states understand and correct any problems identified on their file submissions.
Starting with SY 2008-09, the BRG includes two documents: (1) a PDF document detailing the terminology used in the BRG spreadsheet and other information helpful in using the BRG spreadsheet, and (2) an Excel spreadsheet describing each business rule.
