NETWORKING AS A CHANGE AGENT

With all the connecting and networking being done lately both within our own institutions and with others, it seems to me that our traditional institutional "boundaries" may be at stake. As intra- and inter-institutional connectivity grows, we must be prepared to grow too. I see the shift toward networking as a catalyst for a paradigm shift for all of us in education.
