It appears that we will have a great deal faster communication from individuals to other groups and individuals and access to tremendous resources of information as well as commercial advertisement. What is needed is LOW cost access to make sure that schools and homes have capabilities to use whatever networking tech comes to be. The Internet as we now it in June of 1996 will not likely be the same five (5) years from now for many reasons. What is crucial is that government support.
