For extensive availability the US BOE must provide such software for free to US citizens. The technology must allow the educator to teach from any Internet Personal Computer including home. Finally, Instructors and Tutors must encouraged to use Virtual Classrooms by being paid up to a capped amount for instructional usage. We have the Virtual Classroom technology available now and we can help supply the rest if needed! If you agree that any of these programs should be implemented by the BOE, to make the Super Information Highway the Super Education Highway, please write to them and let them know.
