Teachers need training AND hardware

Hardware and software sits and collects dust when teachers don't have adequate training in how to use them. However, training on materials teachers don't have results in very frustrated teachers! The money can't just go for one OR the other. Having one workstation only in a classroom is becoming quite a frustration to me and my fellow teachers as we struggle to explore and use the wonderful new resources that are out there for our students.
