Bars in Oregon Take Precedence Over Kids

When the local bar has the highest technology phone line running to it so people can play the lottery and instant keno games and the school five blocks away cannot even get their kids on the information superhighway, networking becomes a secondary issue. Technology and networking can be the great equalizer for students in very remote areas of the country. We just need financial and technical support to be able to get the job done. Help! Our kids need to be networked too!
