Three keys to success: support, support, and support

Making technology available for teaching and learning is easy and fun; all it takes is money. It's fun to imagine how worldwide highspeed communication, clever software, facile computers, and hi-tech toasters will change education. However, the hard part--the real part--is helping humans, teachers, students, parents, etc., adapt to this technology. Support is labor-intensive, repetitive, and expensive--and absolutely critical to the success of any learning thru technology endeavor. And don't forget it! :-)
