Given the already existing Virtual Universities and large movement toward more of these INTERNET-based approaches to providing educational content and skills certification,,, how can we appropriately integrate the existing educational structures??? how can this technology best be used??? how will the WGA(Western Governors Association)'s just being planned Western Virtual University optimally effect existing institutions while effectively serving students and the employers needing these prepared students???
